The mentorship programmes offer two pathways to help you align with your dán, the ancient Irish word that weaves the worlds of art, skill, destiny, gift, poetry, purpose and creative calling.
These one-to-one journeys are designed to inspire your creative process, anchor your next stage of evolution and support you in bringing your work into the world as an act of service, with clarity, courage and integrity.
Meet Kathy Scott
Kathy Scott is the founder and creative director of The Trailblazery, Moon Medicine and The Hedge School.
A cultural activist and creative entrepreneur, she is devoted to crafting transformative experiences that animate the spirit of our times. For over a decade, Kathy has guided creatives, visionaries, change-makers and cultural innovators through initiatory seasons of transformation. Her work weaves trauma-informed practice, ancestral wisdom and deep developmental awareness into a powerful and grounded approach to creative evolution.
She has trained with renowned teachers including Thomas Hübl (The Pocket Project) and Dr. Gabor Maté (Compassionate Inquiry), grounding her mentorship in presence, compassion and embodied insight.
Kathy works with people who are ready to rise, helping them clarify their calling, activate their creative life force and step fully into their dán. She has supported hundreds of cultural creatives, from acclaimed leaders and pioneering entrepreneurs to those beginning to share their gifts with the world. She brings a proven ability to develop the systems, practices and strategies that nurture creative capacity and sustain meaningful impact.

At The Trailblazery, there are two Creative Mentorship pathways available.
Both are bespoke, one-to-one journeys designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Pathway One : Tending Your Flame supports people who are seeking clarity and momentum in times of transition.
Pathway Two: Blazing A Trail supports creative entrepreneurs ready to deepen their purpose and expand their work in the world.
During your Discovery Call, you and Kathy will explore your current season, your calling and what you are ready to step into. Together you will choose the pathway that feels most aligned with your evolution.

We are living in wild, initiatory times. Each of us is moving through contractions and expansions as one world slowly dies and another waits to be born.
I believe we are being called, as ancestors in training, to midwife the future. To wake up, rise up and show up as agents of evolution.
We chose to be here for this moment of planetary awakening — but will we accept and embody our soul’s calling?
Some of us are already hearing the whispers, the quiet nudges guiding us toward an inner journey of transformation. Others are discovering that our true soul’s work is always in service to something greater than ourselves.
In Ireland, we have a beautiful word: dán.
It carries a multitude of meanings. It weaves together art and poetry, fate and faculty, skill and gift. Your dán is a living current, a creative force that shapes you if you are willing to flow with it. In essence, it is your destiny code, your soul’s unique calling and the treasure you were born to embody.
Part of my own dán is to share what I have learned and unlearned with those ready to help nudge humanity forward. Sometimes, we need support to stand up and shine the light of our soul. As a creative mentor, I hold the torch to illuminate the path ahead and walk alongside you. I am here to witness you clearly, to challenge you compassionately and to help you meet your edges so you can rise into your creative power and reclaim your sovereignty.
My mentorship pathway is both personal and professional, a transformational process that tends the fire in your belly and supports you in showing up to serve your life, your creative work, your community and our planet.
This is soul work.
We are the ones we have been waiting for. We are being invited to remember who we came here to be. After all, we are the tiny acorn that already knows how to become the mighty oak.
