She is a passionate community builder and the curator of many cultural projects in Ireland. She supports creative entrepreneurs to clarify and share their unique vision with the world by offering professional mentoring services that activates and elevates their trailblazing enterprise. She is a qualified teacher in the Kundalini, Sivananda & Anusara yoga methods and has also trained with Elena Brower, Michaela Boehm, James O’Dea, Thomas Hübl and Gabor Maté.
